A vacant bay is more useful with someone in it. Fireworks, tax prep, a holiday market, a second location you want to try before you sign for five years — we do short leases, from a few weeks to a few months.
What to expect: a simple month-to-month or fixed-term license, first month plus a deposit up front, and the space as-is. You handle your own fixtures and signage; we keep the lights, HVAC and lot running.
If the run goes well, the short-term rent counts toward the first months of a longer lease.
