H&H Land Management started in 1998 with one building and the idea that a landlord should be someone you can call. We still run it that way. The people who own these properties are the people who lease them, fix them, and walk the lots on Saturday mornings.

Today the portfolio is two neighborhood strip centers in Oklahoma City and a freestanding building in Norman. Small enough that we know every tenant by name; established enough that the same tenants have been with us for over a decade.

We look for tenants who plan to stay. That means fair rents, honest build-out allowances, and leases written in language you can read without a lawyer standing behind you (though we'd never discourage one).
